1. General
The Open Lab provides an open laboratory environment for the development, testing and integration of Open RAN-based network components for manufacturers and operators. Open standards are to be tested and further developed. Different technical components from IT, TC, radio technology, measurement systems and end devices are combined, and new procedures for validation and performance measurement are developed, which are also supported by new technical developments.
The aim is to reach as wide a range as possible of companies from different sectors as well as public bodies and institutions in order to be able to test the i14y Lab in the context of as many and as varied application and business scenarios as possible.
2. Scope of application
The terms of use apply exclusively to "i14y Lab". The information can be found at www.i14y-lab.com.
3. Registration
Registration is required to use the personal account area and contents linked with i14y Lab. For this purpose, a user name, an e-mail address and a password must be provided.
After completing the registration process at www.i14y-lab.com by entering an e-mail address and selecting a password, the user will receive an e-mail at the specified e-mail address with a request for confirmation. After the confirmation, the registration is completed.
The user is obliged not to make the registration data available to third parties and/or to allow third parties to access the website www.i14y-lab.com by circumventing the log-in data. If this nevertheless occurs, the user's access can be blocked.
4. Deletion of the user profile
The user can delete his account and the access data stored with it at any time by sending an e-mail, stating his user name, to support@i14y-lab.com with the request for deletion.
5. Services
Deutsche Telekom endeavours to make the information provided on www.i14y-lab.com available as uninterruptedly as possible. However, even with all due care, downtimes cannot be ruled out. This is naturally limited to services over which the operator has an influence. Deutsche Telekom is at liberty to restrict access to the website www.i14y-lab.com in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, due to maintenance work, capacity requirements and other events beyond its control.
Deutsche Telekom reserves the right to change, supplement, remove or discontinue the information provided at any time and without notice. Likewise, the user may terminate his or her user relationship without giving reasons.
Deutsche Telekom is entitled to block access to individual contents at any time, e.g. if it is suspected that they violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The user has no claim to the maintenance of individual functionalities of the portal.

6. Obligations of the user
The user is not entitled to use the information published on www.i14y-lab.com in an improper manner.
Downloading, copying, modifying, distributing, storing, presenting, transmitting or using information in whole or in part, in particular texts, parts of texts, images, moving images and/or audio data, is not permitted.
Within the scope of the information provided in www.i14y-lab.com, the user shall indemnify Deutsche Telekom against all claims by third parties which are based on an unlawful use of this information or which are made with the user's approval, or which arise in particular from data protection, copyright or other legal disputes associated with the use of the information provided in www.i14y-lab.com. The user shall also indemnify Deutsche Telekom against all claims by third parties which are based on an unlawful use of this information or which are made with the user's approval. If the user recognises or must recognise that such a breach is imminent, the user shall be obliged to inform Deutsche Telekom without delay at info@i14y-lab.com. The indemnification also refers to the costs of legal defence. In addition, the user undertakes to reimburse all costs incurred by Deutsche Telekom as a result of claims asserted by third parties.
The user undertakes to provide Deutsche Telekom with all defence-related information available to him.
The user must refrain from any activity that is likely to impair and/or excessively burden the operation of the website or the technical infrastructure behind it. This includes in particular
- the use of software, scripts or databases in connection with the use of the website;
- the automatic reading, blocking, overwriting, modification, copying of data and/or other content, unless this is necessary for the proper use of the website;
It is also a violation of personal rights and therefore not permissible to remove the anonymity of other users or to disclose information of other users from private messages, e-mails or chats that are not intended for the public. Users may not include in their posts or otherwise disclose any information that could reveal the identity of another user or that the user has received from other users exclusively in private messages, e-mails or chats.

8. Liability
Deutsche Telekom does not guarantee that the information provided is complete, correct or up-to-date in all cases. This also applies to all websites to which this website refers directly or indirectly via links. Deutsche Telekom has no influence whatsoever on the content of pages reached via such a link. For this reason, they hereby expressly distance themselves from all content of all linked pages.
Deutsche Telekom shall only be liable for damages, irrespective of the legal grounds, in the event of intent or gross negligence and in the event of the assumption of a guarantee. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Except in cases of liability under the Product Liability Act, in the event of injury to life, limb or health, for a defect following the assumption of a guarantee of quality or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects or in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, the above limitations of liability shall apply to all claims for damages irrespective of their legal basis, including claims in tort.
9. Final provisions
Should the Terms of Use contain invalid provisions, the validity of the rest of the Terms of Use shall remain unaffected.
German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and private international law.
